For the second time in a week, DCHS have just packed up the Taw Vale Beagles.
They were intending to meet at Deptford, High Bickington, but they took one look at us and made the sensible decision not to. There really is no easy way for them to hide their illegal activities, so they’d sooner not risk it! Deptford’s hares are safe for another day.
We also sabbed the Eggesford Hunt yesterday, as well as last Wednesday. More on that in due course.
That’s six hunts in as many days. Not bad for a single sab group!
Of course many hunts go unsabbed, and Devon is a particularly densely-hunted county. What’s clear, however, is that the hunting community have not been this unpopular for quite some time, judging by the quantity and quality of the intel we are receiving.
Keep it coming. Tip off your local wildlife criminals.
