Yesterday we remembered animal rights activist Barry Horne, who died 15 years ago while on hunger strike in prison, protesting against the government’s support for animal experimentation and their broken pre-election promises. We act in solidarity with activists around the world who bring attention to injustices against animals, many of whom pay the price with their lives. East Devon Hunt, Boxing Day 2015
On Boxing Day 2015 we teamed up again with our friends from Somerset Hunt Saboteur Group to sab the East Devon Hunt. We arrived in Honiton in plenty of time to watch the hunt ride out from the car park at Stags Estate Agents (the former cattle market) – yes, they sponsor the hunt! We were surprised but pleased by the poor turnout of hunt supporters on Honiton High Street. East Devon Hunt 7.11.2015
On Saturday 7th November 2015 we joined forces with our friends from Somerset Hunt Saboteurs to sab the opening meet of the East Devon Hunt at The Grange, Broadhembury, the private residence of none other than TV’s Kirstie Allsopp! Her husband, Ben Anderson, rides with the hunt and she is a long-term supporter.
